Vendor FAQ

We welcome coffee roasters, cafes, bakeries, food vendors with coffee-complementary items, coffee equipment suppliers, and artisans with coffee-related crafts and merchandise.

The standard vendor fee includes a 10'x10' booth space, one 6' table, two chairs, your listing on our website, social media mentions, and event day promotion. Premium vendors receive additional benefits including prime location, additional furniture, featured listing, and demonstration opportunities.

Limited electricity access is available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $25 fee. Please indicate your electrical needs on the application form, including specific equipment and wattage requirements.

Vendor setup is from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM on the day of the event (October 4, 2025). All vendors must be ready to serve by 7:45 AM. Breakdown can begin after 12:00 PM and must be completed by 2:00 PM.

All products must be coffee-related or complement the coffee theme. Food vendors must comply with Michigan food safety regulations and secure appropriate permits. No alcoholic beverages may be sold without proper licensing and prior approval.

The Coffee Off is a rain or shine event. We recommend vendors bring appropriate coverage for their booths. In case of severe weather, the event organizers will communicate any changes or contingency plans to all vendors.
