Frequently Asked Questions

For maximum benefits, we recommend securing your sponsorship by August 1, 2025. This ensures your logo and information can be included in all promotional materials. However, we do accept sponsors until September 15, 2025, with adjusted benefits.

Based on previous events, we anticipate 1,500-2,000 attendees throughout the day, with the majority being coffee enthusiasts aged 25-45 from the greater Milan area and surrounding regions.

Yes! All sponsors can distribute promotional materials at their booths. Premium and Gold sponsors can also provide items for our visitor gift bags.

Absolutely! We welcome in-kind sponsorships for items such as equipment, beverages, food, printing services, or venue support. The sponsorship level will be determined based on the value of goods or services provided.

Booth locations are assigned based on sponsorship level, with Premium sponsors getting first choice, followed by Gold and then Silver. Within each level, assignments are made in the order that sponsorships are confirmed.
