Volunteer Opportunities

Event Setup/Teardown

Help with setting up booths, signage, and equipment before the event, or assist with teardown and cleanup afterward.

Time Commitment: 3-4 hours

Event Registration Guide

Greet attendees, provide information, and help direct people to various activities and vendors.

Time Commitment: 2-hour shifts

Competition Assistant

Support judges and competitors during the barista competition with logistics and timekeeping.

Time Commitment: 2-hour shifts

Photography/Social Media

Capture photos and videos of the event, and help manage our social media presence during the festival.

Time Commitment: 4-hour shift

Vendor Support

Help Coffee Off vendors manage water, power, and other necessities.

Time Commitment: 2-hour shifts

Event Assistant

You keep everything running smoothly at the Coffee Off.

Frequently Asked Questions

No prior coffee experience is necessary! We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and will provide any training needed for your role. Your enthusiasm and willingness to help are what matter most.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. Some roles may have different age requirements based on their responsibilities.

Our volunteer coordinator will contact all applicants within two weeks of submission. As the event date approaches, response times may be faster. If you have any questions in the meantime, please email info@milancoffeeoff.com.

Absolutely! Just mention it in your application or let our volunteer coordinator know, and we'll do our best to schedule you together. Many of our volunteers come in pairs or groups, and it's a great way to share the experience.
